Leo J. Bocchi and his partner Mario D. Pastega purchased the Pepsi Cola Bottling Company of Klamath Falls from the Elmer Kennedy family in Klamath Falls Oregon. The Business was located at 645 Spring St. in Klamath Falls. The business served customers in Klamath and Lake counties in Oregon, Modoc county and a part of Siskiyou County in California under the banner of Crater Lake Beverage Company.

The business moved to its current location at 4033 Miller Avenue. in Klamath Falls, Oregon.

Leo and Mario were partners for 36 years until the passing of Leo J. Bocchi. Leo survived by his wife of 38 years, Margie F. Bocchi, and their nine children. Upon his death, Margie bought the part owned by Mr. Pastega, securing full ownership of Business in early 1989.

In late 1989, The Bocchi family incorporated the business under Quail Mountain Incorporated. Quail Mountain Incorporated also obtained the Franchise rights to the Dr. Pepper trademark and would do business as Pepsi Cola/Dr. Pepper of Klamath Falls.

In the early 1990’s, Pepsi Cola Klamath Falls expanded into Coffee services. Quail Mountain Coffee was born. Quail Mountain Coffee would expand its service to include convenience stores, office coffee services and full-service vending.

In 2003, Pepsi Cola of Klamath Falls stopped the manufacturing of soft drinks at the Miller Street location. Production consolidated and was transferred to Mt. Angel, Oregon under the Mount Angel Beverage Co-operative, owned by the Pepsi Bottlers in Oregon

2014 Quail Mountain Coffee and Vending would acquire Three Rivers Vending in Medford Oregon, expanding its Vending and Coffee service territory into Jackson and Josephine Counties in Oregon and secured the ownership of the Canteen Vending franchise in Southern Oregon.
